Michael E. Hall's Obituary
Michael E. Hall, 50, of Lorain, passed away on Saturday, March 25, 2017 following his short battle with pancreatic cancer.
He was born on February 17, 1967 in Lorain, where he was a resident his entire life. He attended Southview High School and Clinton Central High. He was a dedicated employee for 15 years at Symrise Inc.
Mike enjoyed spending time with his 10 grandchildren, while taking them 4-wheeling, hiking, and fishing. He always looked forward to taking long rides with his wife on his motorcycle. He took great pride in working on his home and spent countless hours on his landscape. For many years, Mike had a love of breeding his American Bulldogs. And, when he wasn’t busy with all his hobbies, he always found time to keep up with his family and friends on Facebook.
Mike will be dearly missed by his beloved wife of 17 years, Patty (nee Daugherty), as well as his sons; Andrew (Brittany Hernandez), of Lorain, and Freddie, Jr. (Nicole) Palos, of Elyria, his grandchildren; Alexzandria, Cassidy, Andrew Jr., Haylee, Elijah Hall, all of Lorain, Gabriel Bailes, Abigail, Freddie III, Ashton, and Raeden Palos, all of Elyria, step-daughter, Ashley Stevens, of Elyria, his parents; Thomas and Donna St.Clair, brothers; Roger L., of Frederick, MD, Steve Stanson, of Indianapolis, IN, and Mark, of Lorain, sisters; Karen (Ken) Kauk, of Wellington, OH, Bonnie Garcia, of Lorain, Theresa (Orlando) Rodriguez, of Vermilion, Tracey Mckissick, and Marcia Graves, both of Peru, IN, and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his father, Roger L. and his grandparents; Jerry and Dixie Hall, Irvin and Bernice Tucker, and Roy and Evylin St. Clair.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, March 30, from 4 -8 pm, in the Dovin and Reber Jones Funeral & Cremation Center, 1110 Cooper Foster Park Road, Amherst, where his funeral service will be held on Friday at 11:00 am. The Rev. Wallace Justice, Pastor of Christian Life Church, will officiate. Burial will follow in Ridge Hill Memorial Park, Amherst.
