Mike and Sharon were great friends, I missed them in Wellington when they moved. He was so helpful to all the 4 H kids and helped all his friends. They both have been a loving pair I will treasure the times we spent in the barn and at the fairs. My condolences ti Sharon and family he will be missed. Rest in peace Mike.
Whenever you were in the room you would make everyone feel like they were family. You never hesitated to do things for my friends or myself when we would come over. We always had so many great memories. All the times we went fishing, all the camp outs we had as kids, and all the stupid jokes you would say, and the greatest memory of all when you allowed my friends and I to go to Vegas with you and grandma for 2 weeks. Remembering our conversation on Tuesday when you told me you couldn’t wait to see the baby hurts more than ever now. But one thing I know forsure is Ellie will remember the legacy to left one this Earth. I love you so much Grandpa.. I always will

Lots of memories going back to high school and then all the fun at the motorcycle races(Mike and Tim rode buddy class a few times) . Always good and crazy times!!! RIP Mike Barb Shimer
So sorry to hear about the loss of Mike. He was a wonderful neighbor and friend to my parents Dick and Jean Bell in Wellington for several years. I know they missed him and Sharon dearly when they moved away from Wellington. We have great memories of visiting his mini horses with our children when we were in town visiting as well. We are keeping Sharon and his family in our thoughts and prayers.
