Nancy L. Duncan's Obituary
Nancy L. Duncan, age 71, a lifelong resident of Lorain passed away Sunday, February 9, 2014 at Autumn Aegis Nursing Home where she has resided since 2012.
She was born on July 31, 1942 to Frank and Betty (nee Hull) Feigi and she graduated from Lorain High School in 1961 Class A.
Nancy worked at Crystal Cleaners and at Garfield Elementary School where she was a member of the PTA from 1971-1978 while her children attended school there. She enjoyed volunteering and went on to volunteer at Garfield and Washington School from 1990-2002 where her grandchildren attended.
In her spare time she loved to read and crochet. She was a member of the Lorain Public Library Yarn Club from 2011-2012.
Nancy is survived by her husband of 52 years, Donald Duncan; daughters, Donna Bunn, and Colette (James) Haggerty, both of Lorain; sons, Donald Jr. (Kim) Duncan, of Lorain and Christopher ( Roxanna) Duncan, of Vermilion; 6 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; 1 brother, 1 sister; 1 half-brother; and 1 half-sister.
She was preceded in death by her father, Frank Feigi, in 1954; mother, Betty (nee Hull) Znamenak, in 1960; brother, Frank Feigi, in 1939; and her half-brother, Jon Feigi, in 2011.
Private family funeral services will take place.
