Nancy L. Reber's Obituary
Nancy L. Reber, age 77, of Vermilion passed away Thursday, December 31, 2015 at New Life Hospice Center of St. Joseph.
She was born on January 24, 1938 in Baltimore, Maryland. She worked for many years as a manager for both the Brown Derby and L & K restaurants before going on to work in production for BF Goodrich, retiring in 2009.
Nancy loved her spending time with her family and gardening.
She is survived by her husband of 36 years, Richard; sons, David (Gina) Ward, Shawn (Michelle) Ward, Shannon (Kerry) Ward and Andrew Ward; step-daughters, Valerie Reber and Melanie Reber; grandchildren, Abigail, Ashley, Aaron and Aiden; and her sister, Sue.
She was preceded in death by her son, Todd Ward.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, January 5, 2016 from 4:0 – 6:00 p.m. in the Dovin and Reber Jones Funeral & Cremation Center, 1110 Cooper Foster Park Road, Amherst. A closing prayer services by Rev. Fr. Craig Hovanec, Pastor of the Church of St. Peter, will be held at 6:00 p.m. following the visitation. Private family interment will take place at a later date.
