I became friends with Nancy and Keith when I marketed and sold their home on Batavia Avenue in Geneva, Illinois some years back. The sale, thankfully, took several years; it gave us the opportunity to become great friends. Nancy and Keith spent several Christmas dinners at my home with Richard, my husband, my children and at the time 2 small granddaughters. We had some joyous times together; Richard loved Keith's sharp mind.
When they finally did sell their beautiful home and moved to Main, we felt a void; for some years after their move east we remained in touch through snail mail; then my letters were returned and her's stopped coming. I wondered where they had gone, and throughout the years thought of them often and fondly. I adored Nancy. she was the epitome of good manners, class, artistic talent and good taste. My sympathies to all her family and friends. She was above all a resilient soul and positively affected my life.
