We send condolences to Ned's family, we knew him from sharing Christmas we have gone to his house 3 years in a row to bring him food on Christmas, He was a very kind man always telling us stories and sharing laughs. He loved to talk with us and tell us about his family. He will truly be missed!

The largest volunteer communications organization in the country that trains and stands ready to help emergency services and individuals in need of emergency communications. Ned could always be counted on to handle net reports for each net. In 2019 Ned was the teller for the 2020 elections. He will be missed!
