Norman Staton's Obituary
Norman Staton, age 45, of Cleveland passed away Thursday, February 12, 2015 at Fairview Hospital after a brief illness.
He was born on September 8, 1969 in Norfolk, VA and attended Midview High School.
Norman made his career for over 25 years as a hair stylist working at several salons, most recently with Allure House of Beauty in Cleveland.
He loved singing, dancing, animals, and cooking, especially at Thanksgiving and Christmas for his family and friends. He will always be remembered for his big and caring heart and his generous spirit.
Norman is survived by his brother, TJ (Saunjula) Staton, of Lorain; niece, Amaya; nephew, Tasaun; many aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Norman Staton and Cynthia Dowe.
The Staton family will receive friends on Wednesday, February 18, 2015 from 5:00 – 6:00 p.m. in the Dovin and Reber Jones Funeral & Cremation, 1110 Cooper Foster Park Road, Amherst where service will be held at 6:00 p.m. immediately following the visitation. Private family interment will take place at a later date.
