Raedene R. Linderman's Obituary
Raedene R. Linderman, age 75, of Wellington, passed away at her home while under the care of her beloved daughter, Shannon (Cody) and her grandchildren, Samantha, Adam Jr., Christian, and Eva, on Monday, January 16, 2023.
She was born in Lorain on March 22, 1947 and is a 1966 graduate of Admiral King High School. However, Raedene lived most of her life in Wellington and is a member of St. Patrick’s Catholic Church.
She was an avid antique collector and dealer and even had a co-op shop where she could display and sell her treasures. Garage and estate sales and Jamie’s Flea Market were her most favorite daily thing to do. When she wasn’t devoting her time to her proud finds, she really enjoyed painting…Bob Ross as her inspiration of course. Raedene loved decorating, especially for the holidays, and she always found pleasure in visiting Lake Erie and all of it’s beauty. Her most cherished treasures though were her beloved grandkids and family.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory her children, Gilbert (Misty) Linderman, Jr., of Cleveland, Christopher (Cassie) Linderman, of North Olmsted, and Shannon (Cody Dooling) Malicki, of Wellington and her grandchildren, Samantha Linderman, Adam Malicki, Jr., Christian Malicki, Eva Malicki, and Amelia Linderman.
Raedene was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, Gilbert L. Linderman, Sr., her babies at their birth Raymond & Gilbert, parents, Raymond & Eva (nee Nolley) Smith, and her grandmother (who raised her), Amelia Catherine Guthrie.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, January 22, 2023 from 1 to 4 pm in the Dovin and Reber Jones Funeral & Cremation Center, 1110 Cooper Foster Park Road, Amherst. Private family inurnment will be held at a later date. To send an online condolence, please visit www.dovinreberjones.com.
