Richard Saltsman, age 76, of Lorain, passed away suddenly on Tuesday, January 19, 2010 at Community Health Partners.
Richard was born on January 1, 1934 in Conneaut, Ohio . He was a 1952 graduate of Lorain High School.
He was a United States Merchant Mariner. He had been self-employed as a jeweler. He was a member of the Stonington Masonic Lodge #503 of Amherst.
Richard is survived by his fiance, Nita Taylor and her children and grandchildren and his son and daughter.
Private funeral services were held. Funeral arrangements were taken care of by the Dovin and Reber Jones Funeral & Cremation Center, 1110 Cooper Foster Park Road, Amherst, Oh. 44001.
