Robert P. Bayus' Obituary
Robert P. Bayus, age 46, of Amherst passed away unexpectedly on Monday, December 7, 2015.
Bob was born on July 27, 1969 in Cleveland, Ohio to Emil and Phyllis Bayus. He attended St. Thomas Catholic School in Sheffield Lake for grade school and graduated from Lorain Catholic High School in 1987. He went on to further his education earning his Associates Degree in Engineering from Lorain County Community College.
He was currently employed for the past two years as a Territory Manager with Scott Industrial Systems.
Bob was an avid Cleveland Browns and Ohio State Buckeyes fan. He enjoyed golfing, skiing, having bonfires and coaching his children’s sports teams and he loved his JEEP.
He was a wonderful husband, father and dear friend to so many and will be greatly missed by all who loved him.
Bob is survived by his wife of 21 years, Beth; his triplets, Sawyer, Riley, and Grace; parents, Emil and Phyllis Bayus; brothers, E.J. (Michelle), Nick, Larry (Bonnie), Greg (Marilee) and Jimmy (Danielle)Bayus; sisters, Jeannette Gaycheck, Cheryl, Phyllis (Dennis) Reiman and Michelle Bayus; mother and father-in-law, Julia and Dave Swiger; brother-in-law, James McCloud Jr.; sister-in-laws, Meg (Kenny) Robinson, Jodi and Amy McCloud; many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews and numerous friends.
He was preceded in death by his infant daughter, Madison; and his father-in-law, James McCloud Sr.
The Bayus family will receive friends on Thursday, December 10, 2015 from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. and Friday, December 11th. from 11:00 a.m. -12:00 noon at the Dovin and Reber Jones Funeral & Cremation Center, 1110 Cooper Foster Park Road, Amherst. Funeral services will be held on Friday, December 11th. at 12:00 noon in the funeral center. Pastor Karson Collins of Great Lakes Church will officiate. Interment will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery, Amherst.
