Robert J. “Bob” Phelan, age 68, of Amherst, passed away peacefully with his family at his side, after a lengthy & courageous battle with cancer on Monday, February 21, 2022 at Mercy New Life Hospice. He was born on May 26, 1953 in Read Obituary
I worked at Lorain County Jobs and Family Services and got to know Bob. Bob was always helpful and eager to solve IT problems. We often talked about his corvette and his outings. Bob will b e missed. I retired in 2021.

I knew Bob briefly thru the FB woodcarving sites. My deepest sympathies go out to his wife, his sons and his extended family and friends. Rest in Peace Bob. There are so many fellow carvers in Heaven waiting for you to join them in their special carving club.
