My heart goes out to the family and friends of Samantha. I had the pleasure of having her as a student in our 10th grade English class. I can still picture her eyes lighting up and her memorable, and quite infectious, laugh. Sometimes, we just needed to take a little break so we could all just get back on track.
One time I especially remember was after Samantha's trip to Europe with Mrs. Pancost, my daughter Rachel, and a couple of other classmates. After the trip, Samantha, Ashley, and Patricia came to share with me some of their antics. Although I let them think I was horrified with some of what they told me, what they did was good, clean fun. What an awesome experience they had! I wished then and still do now that I would have gone with them.
Samantha Diso was a shining example of a Southview Saint; in academics, in athletics and in heart. I shall miss having the occasional opportunity to run into her.

I'm so sorry for your loss.

We used to play softball together back in the day. I loved being on the team with you because I knew it was gonna be a good time. You had the best attitude and a great sense of humor. You will be missed!

I love you so much! You're still forever my favorite cousin. Thank you for dropping me off a table as a baby!! You made a huge impact in my life and there's so much around me to remind me of you. Thank you for making me mister creepers and misses creepers. We will forever miss you and you'll forever be in my heart. ❤️

I could go on for days... you were my best friend. Every year we made each other homemade birthday cards, and it was something we both looked forward to. This year on my birthday it will be so hard for me. I will miss the little things. You were the friend who enjoyed the same weird boring stuff that I did. We could play scrabble for hours and never get bored. I am happy that I had you in my life, even if it was only for a little while. I will always have a piece of you with me because of our Science Bro tattoos and it will always make me smile and remember one of the most important people who came into my life. Decades of friendship will still never measure up to the few years we shared. I love you Stark. Laters, baby.
