Will anyone ever live up to Sandy's example as the "Laundry Queen" -- probably not, at least not with the energy that she put into it! Sandy loved to visit the young families and do all their laundry while she was there! It was such a sweet thing for her to do, and it always helped. Of course her best efforts with laundry were before the cancer struck. Someone else will surely describe how frequently she fed anyone who came to visit! That was another of her special traits.
Although I did not know you personally, I know you were Ricks savior when he needed it, Rick...hold tight to her memories and you will get through this. Mom wanted to be there for you today but she was unable to make it.
