To the family and friends of the this Great American, I offer you my humble, heartfelt and respectful condolences. While I never had the privilege to meet this great man - I have met many like him - young men who dropped everything they were doing to fight for our freedoms.
Indeed, the world is a better place because of men like Mr. Kufel. His sacrifices and the wonderful gift of freedom he and his generation gave to so many will never be forgotten, and will always be remembered.
Mr. Kufel made such a positive difference in our world. He is someone we can all look up to, admire, and emulate.
