Myself and the team at Activate Good just learned of Tom's passing. We are heartbroken. Tom was one of the first board members at Activate Good in Raleigh, and was instrumental in our growth an impact. His kindness, generosity, friendship, and desire to help others was monumental. Our heartfelt condolences to all family members, friends and all wishers. Our son Purvesh lost brotherly friend; Purvesh was kept us informed every week with Tom's fight. Tom was very brave and gave strong fight with cancer.
For more than year we were praying for Tom's recovery, but our prayers did not help much. Now our prayers for long peace for Tom's soul and comfort to all family and friends.
We used to go for walk with Tom and his two sons in the Umstead park and remembered those days.
