Vivian J. Beeler's Obituary
Vivian J. “Queen of Halloween” Beeler, age 68, of Amherst, passed away after a brief illness on Saturday, July 16, 2022 at New Life Hospice Center of St. Joseph, Lorain.
She was born on September 7, 1953 in Davenport, Iowa but grew up in Rockford, IL. Then, in 1990, she moved to Ohio where she lived in Elyria, Vermilion, and finally, in Amherst. Vivian will forever be remembered for her intense sense of humor. She will also be remembered as an extremely loving woman, especially when it came to her grandsons and friends. Vivian enjoyed cooking, gardening, working on her ceramics, and caring for her dog.
Vivian is survived by her daughters, Melissa (Allen) Marcum and Summer (Todd) Shumaker; her 6 beloved grandsons, AJ (Pete Munoz) Marcum, Kris Marcum, Dylon Marcum, Lukas Shumaker, Alex Marcum, and Sam Marcum; a brother, John Benjamin; and a sister, Margaret Benjamin.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Daryl Beeler; parents, Aurthur and Wanda (nee Schemel) Benjamin; brother, Lewis; sister, Theresa Walthers; twin brother, Lavern,; and sister, Lonnie Veitch.
