we love and miss you uncle Fred:)
Not a day goes by that I don't think about my brother. I miss him very much and can't wait until we are together again in heaven with God. I am happy that he is no longer suffering but I really miss talking to him and just being around him. He really was a very special person. I am currently trying to set up a scholarship fund in his name so that he will never be forgotten. What he accomplished in his life educationally was against all odds. I want to honor his memory by setting up this fund in his name. This scholarship will be given to a deserving high school senior that is going into the same field as Fred did. I am still working on the details but will be setting up an account at a local bank. Anyone interested in helping can email me or call me at 440-452-1001. I am going to "PAY IT FORWARD" and do what I can to remember my brother. Love you always your sister Evelyn.....
Wilfredo and I took many classes together in Graduate School at NASA Glenn. We became friends discussing the course work we were involved in at the time. We had a common admiration for one of our Transport Professors, Dr. DeWitt. Eventually we were able to work together for a short time before his illness.
Wilfredo was in my Team within the Tribology and Mechanical Components Branch for the last few years.
I am so sorry for your loss.

I worked with Fred at NASA several years ago. I was always impressed with his cheerful manner and "can do" attitude. He will be missed greatly. My sincere sympathy to his family.
Wilfredo was always willing to help out others. We both went to the inner city school to tutor math to high school students. I always remember his enthusiasm to help. Wilfredo, you will be missed by many.

My good friend Fred and I shared an office at NASA for a few years before I left NASA in 1983. He is fondly remembered as a pleasent person to work with and innovative in this deep thoughts. He always struck me as a caring and loving father. I am so appreciative to have been part of Fred's life for that brief period of time. My sympathy goes to his family and close friends who will miss this gracious man.
It was a pleasure to know and work with Fred over the years at NASA. He was a caring and genuine person, who always had a smile on his face.
You and your family will be in my thoughts and prayers.
May God Be with all of you at this difficult time. I was a co-worker of Fred's and he was a very kind man. We liked to talk about the NASA way of doing things. He will be missed. My thoughts and prayers are with you at this time. May the dear Lord, Jesus, wrap you all in His loving Hands and hold you up during this time.
My deepest sympathies to the Morales family. May God bless you with comfort and strength during this most difficult time. Fred was a good friend and mentor to me during my time with NASA. We prided ourselves in saying we were from South Lorain and Southview. Above all. his contributions and commitment to our Nation, NASA and his loving family, is something I am most proud of.
