Zayden Reese Hillyer's Obituary
Zayden Reese Hillyer, a vibrant and adventurous soul, left this world unexpectedly on Saturday, February 3, 2024, at the tender age of 4, surrounded by love at Rainbows Babies and Children's Hospital. Born on March 22, 2019, in Cleveland, Ohio, to his adoring parents Justine Hillyer and Owen Alloway, Zayden brought boundless joy and warmth into the lives of those fortunate enough to know him.
Zayden's spirit was as boundless as his love for the great outdoors. He found solace in the beauty of nature, always eager to explore and embrace the wonders of the world around him. His love for music and dancing reflected his lively and carefree nature, leaving a lasting impression on everyone who witnessed his infectious enthusiasm.
A true aficionado of the animated world, Zayden was captivated by cartoons, with a special fondness for the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, who became his fearless companions in many adventures. He found joy in the simplest pleasures, relishing in his favorite treats like macaroni and cheese, pizza, Dunkin Donuts, and McDonald's – a true testament to his delightfully innocent palate.
Zayden was not just a superhero in his imagination; he was the hero in the hearts of everyone who knew him. His radiant smile and boundless energy could light up even the darkest of days. His legacy lives on through the cherished memories he created with his family and friends.
He is survived by his heartbroken parents, Justine Hillyer and Owen Alloway, his beloved brother Adriaen Morales Fernandez, and his caring grandparents, Heather Hillyer, Shiloh Mace, and Sarah and Brian Kennell. Zayden also leaves behind aunts, uncles, and cousins who will forever carry his spirit in their hearts.
Friends and family are invited to pay their respects on Saturday, February 10, 2024, from 1:00 - 4:30 p.m. at the Dovin and Reber Jones Funeral & Cremation Center, 1110 Cooper Foster Park Road, Amherst.
