I met Eric before I formally met his dad at the gym in a water aerobics class. He was at the edge of the class and he was having trouble mimicking a move the instructor was demonstrating. I attempted to show him how to do it. As a mother myself of a special needs child I was very impressed at his trying so hard to do it. I swam around him because I did not want him to feel alone in case he had questions. I would try to explain it using different analogies and we finally landed on one that made sense to him. He was very polite and thanked me with a huge smile. Later in that class I met Terry and we have been friends ever since. Patti Nokes
