Eric S. Trigalet's Obituary
Eric S. Trigalet, age 34, of Lorain, passed away peacefully at University Hospitals Main Campus on October 25, 2024. Unfortunately, his transplanted liver went into rejection and could not be repaired.
Eric loved the Flash, Sonic the Hedgehog and everything related to the speed of light. He loved spending time at home with his parents, Laura & Terry, his younger brother, Collin Jansen as well as with his kitties. He loved to play video games, watch movies about superheroes mostly and to learn facts about things that interested him.
Eric didn’t have an easy life. He suffered from depression and was on the Autism Spectrum, but he was always polite, caring and good-hearted. Thank you to the amazing and caring staff at LOVC and Rising Sun Centers for making his adult life much more enjoyable than most of his childhood years in school. Some teachers were wonderful, but most were not and unfortunately those bad memories stayed with him. He will be dearly missed by all those who loved and knew him.
Besides his parents and brother, he is survived by his Uncle Mark Trigalet, Aunt Sherry Trigalet, Uncle Rich Arndt, Aunt Michelle (Rick) Emigh, cousins Zack and A.J. Trigalet and Sarah Tornstrom, Great Uncle David (Sharon) Stokley, Great Uncle Tony and Great Aunt Sandy Meo.
He was preceded in death by his Grandpa William “Bud” Trigalet, Grandma Elaine Trigalet, Grandma Ruth Trigalet, Grandma Barbara King, Grandpa George King, Grandpa Gary Stokley, Uncle Harry Trigalet, Uncle Edward Alten and Aunt Cheryl Arndt.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, October 30th, 2024 from 4:00 pm until the time of his funeral service at 7:00 pm at Dovin and Reber Jones Funeral & Cremation Center, 1110 Cooper Foster Park Road, Amherst. To send an online condolence, please visit www.dovinreberjones.com.
