Dear Judy, Sue, Harmony, and May

Just wanted you to know. That Faye was a very important Sister of mine. I well remember when I was a little girl maybe 3 years old, she bought me my first new coat. It was navy blue and I was so [proud of it, later she bought me my first boughten dress it was also blue I wanted to wear it everyday. I never had anew coat or a new dress untill Faye bought them for me. REMEMBER when our dresses were all made from printed feed sacks and our coats were hand-me-downs. I really enjoyed Faye coming down to visit and stay with us. We have lost a very wonderful LADY a GREAT Person. A VERY WONDERFUL SISTER. I Lovedher so much, and will see her again in heaven.. Dear Judy & sisters,

Just wanted you to know what a special person your mother was to me, my family and to my mother. When we were neighbors living on Redbud Pl. she always made a pont of chatting with me about our boys, Darren and Duane. She taught me how to make her famous 'teacher' nutrolls and bread & butter pickles. My mother looked forward to spending time with your mother also. While making her monthly visits from Pgh. to play with her grandsons she continued her need to play BINGO. Your father used to drive the ladies to a bingo hall(I think it was St. Peter's in Lorain). She also enjoyed your mother's companionsnship for conversation and exchanging of recipes.

I regret I did not visit her while she was at her apt. in Amherst, but want you to know that i often thought of her. She was a sweet, dear lady.

We were so sorry to hear of your moms passing and would love to give you all a hug. She will be greatly missed at church. She was always willing to help and she was a very good cook. She cooked turkeys for our Thanksgiving dinner, made wonderful potato salad, and an excellent cheesecake. We know she made that a couple of times for a potluck since she knew Butch liked her cheesecake so much that she made sure if any was left he was to take some home. I also had her a few times in the Central Village Bible Study when I filled in for Attila. She was one of the sweetest and kindest ladies we know. We know how hard it is to lose a mom. Our love and prayers are with you . God be with you always!

I'm sorry for your loss, but our memories will live on. Hardly a day goes by that I don't tell my kids a "grandma story" or share a memory with my brothers and sisters about something Mom would say or do.

I was so sorry to hear of Faye's Passing, and also feel guilty for not visiting her when she was at Amherst Manor...SHe was a wonderful lady, in true sense of the word! she will be missed by all who knew her! sorry there is no visitation would say in person! as a friend, i share your loss!
