Just want to comment on how proud and honored it is to say you are our Father!! Starting with your services during WWII and then the Korean War!! Throughout the course of our lifes, you were always there when we needed your help, advise and coaching. I was lucking to have had the pleasure of working with you at a young age. Seeing your customers and hearing their comments of how great a person you are and I should aim to be just like you! I keep trying to this day, but don't think I can ever match what you were able to do for us, the family and others. Your leasons in life taught us much with even a few laughs along the way. Like when you decided to teach all of us swimming leasons at Club Carousel on diving and you came up out of the water with your head beeding and then our run to the Hospital for stitches. Growing up with no computers, you made sure we knew how to compete in as many sports as possible. It didn't matter to you which sport we chose, only to make sure when we competed we did it with passion. Again, no where near what you were able to accomplish when you represented Lorain High in the 40's in Football, Basketball and Track. The Lorain Hall of Fame would be lucky to have you included!! Later, when it came to Golf and Bowling, we could only hope to be as good as you were. But, most of all, always making sure we had stability and the knowledge of making sure how to repsect others and being there when others need the help as you have done countless times. We will miss your huge smile, teaching and being around, but know you will be watching and somehow telling us along our way to never give up and be respectful of others!! Thanks Dad - We Will Always Remember and Love You with All Our Heart!!
