Israel will be deeply missed by his children Inez (Ronnell) Thomas, Israel (Elizabeth) Garcia, II, Daniel Garcia, grandchildren Gabriella, Maileen, Israel Garcia, Jr., his sister Lillian Matos, brother Frank (Nelly) Garcia, Carmen Garcia and many nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his first wife of more than 20 years Reina Garcia, parents Francisco and Juanita Garcia, brothers Benjamin, Bienvenido, Freddie, sister Juana “Jenny” Rivera and nephew Josiah Orona.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, March 15, 2018, from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m., with a service at 7:00 p.m. at Iglesia Ebenezer at 3660 Globe Avenue, Lorain.
