Joseph And Janet Rosso
Janet and I are very saddened by the loss of Uncle Jack. Uncle Jack and Aunt Rose and my mother, Sarah Rosso, were very close especially in their "golden years" . Our bi-weekly visits with my mother always included a lengthy conversation with both Uncle Jack and Aunt Rose as they reminisced about different parts of their lives living in Lorain Ohio. As a result, after their phone conversations, we were able to talk to mom and learn so much about each that we never knew including my mother. One thing is for certain, this is a generation that always sacrificed for the greater good! ...and one that we may never see again. We loved talking to Uncle Jack about sports which he loved and had a passion for both the Browns and Indians and basketball as well! We would trade stories with about the Orioles and colts in Baltimore. Great conversations he was an avid fan.
Uncle Jack was a kind, generous man, very smart with an unbelievable intellect to the end o his life. We are going to miss our regular calls and shipments of cookies and candies that he so enjoyed. On the other hand, he will be join my mother, his parents and the rest of his sisters/brothers gone before him. No more suffering....just happiness!
