I have known Todd for quite some time. Theresa and I graduated together. Todd and Theresa lived right across the hall from me at Boardwalk apartments. Todd was comical and a very sweet and nice guy. Fly high my friend.

Many memories of Todd. The playoff game against the Orioles in the late 90s where he decided to decorate the section we were in. Don't remember who he was sitting with but he tracked my dad and I down. He and my dad were quite proud of the decorations, which I think was TP. Thank you Todd, you added much color to my life over the years. The trip to Windsor was the best.
