From all of the Pulgine's, please accept our deepest sympathies. Joe was one of my Dad's best friends, and I'll forever have memories of Dad, Joe, "Cappy", Ed Falencki and the rest of their "gang" reliving the old days!
My Dad's life was made all the more enjoyable due to his relationship with Joe, and that in turn made all of us love Joe. May he rest in Peace with the Lord.
