It is a sad day for me to have lost my brother from another mother. We grew up in the 21st Street Project (Leavitt Homes) in the 50's and 60's, I share a lot of memories with Kenny and the other project kids particularly, as it relates to sports. We all had that common interest growing up and so we grew up like family and he will be missed. He was a very good athlete and good at every sport we played. Though over time we have only seen each other but a few times since those days, we always seem to pick things up from where we left them without skipping a beat. Another Project Bomber (the name of the gang of us who grew up in the project and were inseparable) gone but not forgotten. My heartfelt sympathies for Karen and the family. May God grant you the peace and strength in the days ahead.
To a great friend that will be missed. We had many great times growing up in the Projects on21st Street. The Project Bombers lost a great football player and an even better friend. Rest in peace my friend.

Thinking of Ken's life and hoping Karen and his boys can feel satisfied with the years he gave. May he enjoy eternal peace.
Stephan, Jennifer, and family. We are so sorry to hear of your loss. Our thoughts and prayers are with you at this time of sadness. God bless.
