Lucas John Del Valle, age 51, of Amherst passed away Friday, June 12, 2015 after being involved in a car accident while traveling with his family to attend a wedding. He was born on June 16, 1963 in Lorain, Ohio to Jose T. and Car Read Obituary
Was very saddened to hear of Lucas passing. I work for a physicians office in Bellevue and Lucas was our drug rep for that area. He always had a smile on his face and could brighten anyone's day. He always talked about his family, you all meant a lot to him. So very sorry for your loss, prayers to all of you. Judy Burkhart
I was shocked to read about the accident that happened to you. I am so sorry for your family and this loss. Lucas was a wonderful man. I haven't seen him in many years since I moved away from Amherst city but remember so many good memories of him coaching softball and in church functions. He will be missed very much. So sorry to hear this. As a teacher and coach, I've always felt that you could tell the character and goodness of a man or woman by the character and goodness of their children. Having taught and coached Lucas' children, I can attest that he was a man of high character and goodness who leaves a wonderful legacy in his children.

Reading the comments here, I can see he was loved by everyone he met, and was a loving, caring husband and father, cherished by all his relatives, friends, and clientele.
