My deepest condolences to the Pagan family, may your brother and husband rest in eternal peace.

My heart is broken by the passing of my big brother, Tonio. I have so many great memories that will stay with me forever. I loved his caring for those that needed a friend. He was always there. I loved his sense of humor. I loved his will to live despite all of his challenges. I just loved him!! You had a blessed life and now you can rest.
Our condolences to the Pagan Family, I have known Tonio since I was a little girl, he went to school with my brother Mike, Abel, and Freddie. It hard to believe. Our prayers are with all of you during this time. God Bless You All.
Miguel Garcia and Family

We were neighbors and we were friends. The Pagan family looked out for us and we looked out for them. So sorry to hear of Tony's transition. They confidence that I have in the Lord Jesus Christ, lets me know that his pain and suffering days are over. My prayers are with his siblings, wife, children and grand children. Love you forever Ruthanne Calloway-Pugh
I had the blessing of working with Tony in Maintenance at Mercy. He always had a smile for me and he showed kindness to all. He's an Angel in Heaven and will never be forgotten on Earth. My deepest sympathies to his family.
Can’t sleep I am sad and I am missing my brother Tonio. He would call me at night because he knew I would be awake. We would talk for hours about everything. I miss talking to him, laughing and joking around. He was such a caring person and always there for you no matter what. He would help anyone anytime that was in need or just needed a friend. He would not Judge you but love you for who you were. My family and I are heartbroken but we know he is not suffering now and is pain free. He is home with the Lord, rejoicing with our parents and our brother Roe. Love ya brother.
