Sorry to hear of Maureen's passing. We were 2nd cousins and first met probably when I was 2 when my parents took a trip to Pittsburgh about 1958. It was so nice to speak to her on the phone I think around 2003-2006 after I searched for her to write and call.
Sounds like Maureen was loved by all by what I read in the obituary.
Wishing the family all the happy memories.

Bob, I am sorry I never had the opportunity to know your wife well but Guns thought the world of her. I know too well what it feels like to lose the other half of one's self and my heart goes out to you and Kris, Mike and most especially your grandchildren who lost their grandmother so soon. Cheryl told me of her kindness to her when she lost her own mother. It is my hope that the memories of your many good times and the love and support of your friends will bring you comfort. Please know that you and your family are in my prayers. Betsy Konya

Maureen...you're were the best: classy, intelligent, sassy and always a lady! Thank you for teaching me so much while at the Lorain County Labor Agency. I have thought of you so much for past few days and have been sending prayers of comfort to your family. Hugs to the "Good Bob" and the kids and grandkids.

So sorry to hear about your loss. I remember her as a loyal fan and a steadfast wife and mom.
I will always remember Mrs. Walsh as a beautiful, little "lady" with a huge heart!! She was wonderful to my family especially my baby brother, Rob. Mike is like a little brother to
me..My heart hurts fort him and Kristen. The Walsh's are longtime friends...we are deeply sorry for your precious loss! With our friendship and love...Dave and Georgie (Renick) Smith
Many memories but her smile, laugh and timeless and unconditional love will carry on in me forever. Will never forget you.
I can remember when Mrs. Walsh would sit behind the bench during a game and would have calm Coach Walsh down sometimes when he would get fired up.... All I would hear was Bob... Bob ...those were some great times.... My families prayers are with the Walsh Family..
