I'm not sure I ever actually met Mrs. Auvil but I've heard my Uncle Darwood and Aunt Marie speak of her often and I know she was a very kind soul and greatly respected in her community. I know she was a devout Christain and faithful church member and worker. I'm told that, as the oldest sister, she took on the responsibility of protector /caregiver for her other siblings growing up.
