On behalf of the Lorain County Republican Party, our heartfelt sympathies are extended to Bob 's family. His contributions to the political process certainly prove that one man can make a difference! He has made a difference, and we will continue the work he held so dear.

I am so sorry to hear of Bob's passing. It seems that he & my mom have worked together for as long as I can remember. I will always remember him with that unlit cigar in his mouth, smiling as he talked about his grandchildren. He was a very good man, and he'll be missed.

I have been involved in Republican politics for over thirty years and through Bob I worked on many Republican races through out the county. Bob was a great leader and I will miss him for all the great times we had. Bob taught me a lot what it ment to be a Republican.
Sorry for your loss, may God be with you during this time.

St. Joe's Catholic grade school on 15th and Reid...I remember many of the guys including Phil Monaco, Dave Vukin and Cel Rivera--but Bob Rousseau most of all for his intellect, wisdom and integrity, and humor, even as kids. He gave me sound life-advice in 7th grade. He grew to be a hard-working man of his word. He had conservative views and values. He was steadfast--a term little used and less understood in modern times. His sons and grands received great DNA and an example of a man's life well-lived. I know he will gaze with love and graces upon Carol and his family. Be with God, my friend. Steve Martinek
Dear Carol, So sad & unexpected.I always admired Bob's knowledge and his sense of humor. He was very supportive of me in my political arena. He will be missed. Jack Baird
