So sorry to hear of Roger's passing. May his memory be eternal. Tony and Natalie Ceja
I was one among many that Roger indelibly and positively marked on and off the field. The LHS Class of '65 was always appreciative of his support and affection. He will be missed. (John G. Sulpizio)
I had honor of attending same church as Roger and Becky and we sat at many dinners together and I heard him sing many Sundays. For some reason,I thought there was a glint of mischief in his eyes....he will be missed by all who knew him...Sorry could not attend the services but will give Becky hug at church.
What a life well lived for you! I drove past the funeral home and I had to go home and look up who was having a service. The lot was full and that caught my attention and surely says a lot about you as a person! Prayers go out to your loved ones! RIP You surely have the hearts of many here on earth!
I’m so very sorry to hear this!
Roger and Becky were wonderful friends to my parents, and when my Mom passed, he regularly visited and went to lunch with my Dad.
He also came to see him regularly at the hospital last year when my Dad passed at almost 97 years old.
A true gentleman who walked the talk…
Prayers to Becky and his family.
He will be sorely missed, but greatly joined with all the faithful gone before him…💛🙏✨💫
So sorry to hear of Roger's passing. Roger and my late father, Elmer Meyers, were both long time educators and coaches in the Lorain School System and remained friends long after retirement from those careers. Roger visited often during my Dad's declining health before his death a year ago, and these visits meant the world to Dad. My deepest sympathies to Becky and the rest of Roger's family.
