Dear Risdon Family, we are so sorry for your loss. We were worried when Sandy was not making it to our Monday, Wednesday, and Friday water exercise classes. She would always say how good she felt after coming to the pool and stretching and working out with us. This class is very close and compassionate and care deeply for each other. Sandy helped make it that way, we were always asking if her back was ok and if the exercises felt good for her. After class she would stay and talk while she did some additional stretches to help out her back. The ladies and I send you prayers and hope you are comforted by knowing that she was a great friend to all of us. Linda Lavalle and EMH water exercisers.

Sandie, we had a kindred spirit from the start. We always knew that we could have a good time wherever we were. We both felt that a person makes their own good time or fun, and we sure did! I will always cherish our friendship and the memory of the last time we went to lunch & shopping and spent the whole day just talking and laughing and just having a perfect girlfriend day. Sandy I am truly going to miss you very very much. You were such a special friend to me. I remember the first day I met you, May 9, 2005. We were joining the Red Hat group. We met at the Winky Lizard's restaurant. Eight years of good friendship. I really enjoyed our shopping trips and also going out to lunch to celebrate our birthdays with Irene and Joanne.
